Would have been better to just use gamecam or fraps. More likely it's footage form someone playing at Liepzig. ALso, from the look of the worldmap, the fact that he had a party size of 4, and was on the smaller island, looks like they are following Factions style of having a small tutorial island again. Hopefully you are a decent level when you leave and most of the game is designed for level 20 again.

I can't really tell from the 2 minutes video, but the area looks much more open-ended. There is less narrow pathing that almost all the areas in the past have had.
First thing I also noticed was that, though the camera was shaky/blurry, the graphics looked quite better. It might have just been the excellent placement of the foliage and ground plants though.

That wasnt an ingame camera being shakey, that was some guy holding a video camera.
